  • Associates work one-on-one with individuals to help them discover and reach towards their highest potential. Coaching is especially effective for individuals who are experiencing change, or who think they 'deserve something better' than they are currently experiencing.

  • Customizable Programs

  • All Programs are designed based on principles of Coaching, Adult Learning, and Organizational Effectiveness. The Coach Approach is modeled and used in delivering all program offerings:
    Associates work one-on-one with new managers to help them implement a development plan and become effective quickly in their new position. This 'quick-start' program helps new managers develop long-lasting leadership and management skills while receiving the support of a personal coach. The program can also be customized for experienced managers who want to 'go to the next level' in their leadership and management skill set.
    An associate is paired with a work-team leader to help assess the current status of a team and to improve effectiveness of that team in reaching its desired goals. TheEffectiveTeam Program is tailored for the needs of the individual team and team leader, but will always include coaching and the modeling of the Coach Approach in team leadership.
    An organization's leadership team is trained in using the Coach Approach in their interactions with subordinates and each other. The Coach Approach is an effective method of cultivating productive and energized individuals and teams. Following an initial group workshop, The Coaching Clinic ©, each member of the leadership team will participate in one-on-one coaching to ensure that his or her own coaching skills are developed and maintained.
  • Customizable Workshops


  • The Coaching Clinic© - A 2-day workshop where participants learn and practice the “Coaching Conversation” for use in their interactions with subordinates and each other. This simple model, taught successfully to hundreds of corporate managers, can enable the participant to use a Coach Approach in everyday encounters. [The workshop can also be offered in four half-day sessions.]

    Personal Communications Style – A half-day workshop (part of the Coaching Clinic©) in which participants identify their preferred style of communicating and learn to identify styles that others may prefer. A fun workshop where no style is ‘wrong’ but flexibility in listening and speaking is encouraged and practiced.

    Renewing Teams and Individuals– A one-day workshop that provides a model and tools to help groups understand a natural and predictable pattern of change and to know how to identify their own location in that cycle. The workshop is designed for groups facing major transitions, or those experiencing waning energy and passion. Individuals get to identify their personal place in the cycle of change and to define specific steps to successfully architect the life they want.

    Sexual Harassment Awareness– A half-day workshop, customized for either managers or non-managers, that teaches the basics of Sexual Harassment policy in order to assure a safe, respectful work environment. Managers are taught their responsibilities according to the organization’s policies and federal law. The workshop allows experiential learning through case studies and role-playing and also allows participants to practice direct communication about differences of perception.
