All the Programs offered by Irenic Communications Group, Inc. have been developed under Irene’s supervision and reflect her management experience, her coach training, and her vision of a workplace where all employees are energized and productive.

As a manager at Hewlett-Packard Corporation, Irene pioneered a coaching style in a high-tech, rapidly moving environment and demonstrated the effectiveness of the coach-approach style of management. Her teams completed high quality schedule-driven projects while remaining energized throughout and found time to ‘sharpen the saw’ through personal development and process improvement.

Individuals on her team benefited from her coach-approach style by increasing their influence in the organization and being highly productive while maintaining a positive life/work balance.

This demonstration of success came after years of studying and experimenting on how to build and maintain an effective organization. Irene obtained a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University with concentrations in coaching studies and communication.

Irene has tuned her coaching skills by completing both the Corporate Coach U Corporate Business Coaching Program and the Hudson Institute Coach Certification Program. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation and past president of the Northern Colorado Coaches Alliance.
